CFF Exclusive Report

The CFF Zone Podcast Returns July 7 — Here's the 2026 Format

Chops

Mark the calendar: the CFF Zone Podcast is back for the 2026 season on Tuesday, July 7, and this year we're going bigger — 45 episodes running all the way from preseason previews through championship weekend in December.

The weekly rhythm

The two-show format returns, because it works:

  • Tuesday mornings are the accountability show: full weekend recap, the injury report with return timelines, the waiver wire targets that actually matter, and a look back at Thursday's predictions — the hits and the misses both.
  • Thursday mornings are the action show: updated rankings with the reasoning, matchup previews for the weekend slate, and every tough start/sit call with a confidence rating attached.

Episodes record Monday and Wednesday nights, run 60–90 minutes, and drop first thing in the morning on Spotify.

July is for drafting

The first month is built to get you ready for draft day. We open with the season kickoff special, then run conference-by-conference previews — SEC, Big Ten, ACC, and Big 12 — covering depth charts, projected point totals, sleepers, and busts for every fantasy-relevant roster. From there it's draft strategy: roster construction, the Douglas-versus-Daniel rankings debate, deep-league gems, and the annual busts episode that gets us the angriest emails.

New this year

The full 45-episode calendar is published in advance — every date, every topic — on the Podcast Schedule page. You can filter by category or by release day, and the schedule stays current as the season evolves.

Same hosts, same arguments, more episodes. See you July 7.
